طراحی الگوی برنامه درسی محیط کار: یک مطالعه سنتز پژوهی

چکیده
برنامه درسی محیط‌کار به‌عنوان یکی از وجوه نوظهور رشته برنامه درسی به دنبال کاربست یافته‌های این رشته مطالعاتی در یادگیری محیط کار هست. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی جنبه‌های مختلف برنامه درسی محیط کار در اسناد مرتبط و طراحی الگو برنامه درسی محیط کار است. بدین منظور از روش تحقیق سنتزپژوهی مضمونی استفاده شده‌ و جامعه پژوهش کلیه آثار منتشرشده در این حوزه از سال 1993 تا 2017 در هشت پایگاه اطلاعاتی معتبر  و نمونه مورد بررسی شامل 36سند می‌باشد که با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA18 دسته‌بندی و سازمان‌دهی شدند. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده برنامه درسی محیط کار به‌عنوان مضمون اصلی، دارای چهار مضمون «وجوه»،‌ «عوامل مؤثر»، «عناصر سازنده» و «پیامدهای مورد انتظار» می‌باشد. هرکدام از مضامین نیز دارای سطوح متنوعی هستند که در ارائه الگو برنامه درسی محیط کار به کار گرفته‌شده‌اند. الگو ارائه‌شده دارای عوامل اثرگذار، چرخه برنامه درسی و پیامد متصور از برنامه درسی محیط کار می‌باشد.

چکیده English

workplace curriculum as an emerging aspest of curriculum discipline, attempt to apply the finding of this field of study in workplace learning. The purpose of this research is to examine the different dimensions of the workplace curriculum in the related studies and present a workplace curriculum model. Research methodology is thematic research synthesis and research community is All published document in the field of workplace curriculum from 1993 to 2017 in seven valid databases. The content of the documents was categorized and organized by using MAXQDA (18). Based on the results, the workplace curriculum as main theme has four themes: "aspect", "effective factors", "constructive elements" and "expected outcomes". Each of the themes also has a variety of levels that have been used in workplace curricuum model. The proposed model has influential factors, the curuculum cycle, and the output of the workplace curriculum.
