Comparative Evaluation of the Structure of Farhangian University's Teaching Philosophy Sstatement with Selected Universities

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the statement of teaching philosophy and provide an appropriate framework for its development and training for students of Farhangian University and teachers in Iran. The research method was comparative-comparative and synthetic research. This research was described, interpreted, adjacent and compared based on George L. Brady's stepwise method.  In this study, the statistical population includes the documents of the statement of teaching philosophy in foreign databases such as Science Direct, Perquisite, Google Scholar and Scopus and internal documents such as Meg Iran, Humanities, Civlica and the statement of teaching philosophy of Farhangian University and 2 other foreign universities. Purposeful sampling was included in the study. The results showed that the basic structure and general structure of the university teaching staff, executive details such as educational goals, teaching and evaluation, as well as continuous evaluation of the teaching philosophy statement for continuous learning, have fundamental differences. In addition, based on the analyzed results, a proposed model for improving the teaching staff of Farhangian University was presented
